  1. Waist
    Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the measuring tape horizontal and snug but not tight.

    Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, ensuring the tape remains horizontal.

    Measure around the fullest part of your buttocks, just below the waistband level.

  4. Thigh
