Returns & Refund Policy

We strive to provide you with high-quality activewear and excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Items must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase (order number, invoice email, etc.).
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Items showing signs of wear or use
    • Items with broken hygiene seals (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
    • Customised or personalised products (unless defective)
    • Clearance or “final sale” items (unless specified otherwise)

2. Return & Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address.
  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

  • You can exchange an item for a different size or color within the return period.
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if the exchange involves a price difference.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Under Qatar’s Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement for items that do not meet standard specifications.
  • In such cases, return shipping costs are covered by Potential ActiveWear.

5. Refund Timing

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take several business days to appear.
  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, check with your bank or payment processor.

6. Important Notes

  • Keep your proof of postage until the refund is confirmed.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Potential ActiveWear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
